Tran
Minh Loi originally graduated from Saigon
University Law School in 1971 with an LL.B and was a former
Attorney of Law in Saigon Vietnam until the Communist took over
his country. He escaped his oppressed country and was a refugee,
but thereafter immigrated to the United States. Later in life he
desired to pursue a US Law degree and also sought to help his
fellow Vietnamese Americans earn their Law Degree. In a true
American success story, he proudly graduated from the University
of Silicon Valley Law School in 2008 and now currently serves as
the Assistant Dean of Students at this school.
Monica Asplund earned her J.D. Degree from
Lincoln Law School and is currently in private practice as a
Family Law attorney.
Brian Clark attended
Peninsula University and Saratoga School of Law, where he earned
his J.D. degree. He is an experienced attorney In private
